In the following photo folder I have attached pictures of the abandoned premises that I visited with my photo group. A large part of the photo manipulation is implemented as a color key, some others in black and white.
A black-and-white image in which one color remains and thus becomes an eye-catcher is characterized by the color key effect. Everyone knows the red rose in otherwise uncoloured surroundings. Well, I've dealt with this technique on a few Lost Places photographs. To put some furniture, features, etc. in focus, and at the same time to give the picture a different mood. When I take pictures of the lost places, but not only there, I keep an eye out for colorful motifs. which are fittingly in a monotonous environment. perfect for editing the pictures again later.
Here i experimented a little with the images of the lost places. Whether black and white pictures, or an HDR look, as an old lithography or color gradients. here i have reached into the box of tricks a bit. I hope you enjoy it.
